Recently enjoying a merger with a well known Employer of Choice who offers a network of 16 offices. They are experiencing a exciting growth while maintaining their commitment to excellence, demonstrated by our CQS and Lexcel accreditations. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. You’ll handle diverse property matters including: Residential and commercial conveyancing Property sales and purchases Remortgaging Land, plot, and unit acquisition/disposal Required Experience & Qualities 5+ years PQE (or equivalent qualification and experience) Proven ability to manage independent caseload Experience supervising paralegals/assistants Strong communication skills Familiarity with CQS, Lexcel, Lender Panels, and Land Registry procedures The Ideal Candidate Deliver exceptional client care Demonstrate effective file management Show enthusiasm and flexibility Maintain high-quality service standards Meet deadlines consistently
