Hourly Rate: £12.50 (plus holiday pay, approximately £14 per hour)

Contract Duration: 3-month summer contract

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm, 10 hours per week

Vita Student offers a next-level apartment experience with a variety of studios designed to suit students' lifestyles, providing privacy or shared living. We combine style, luxury, and comfort with premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are expanding our housekeeping team by hiring an experienced Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home-from-home cleaning service for our residents’ studio apartments, ensuring our site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Our Housekeepers

  • Provide an exceptional, personalized room cleaning service to students, maintaining studios to a clean, healthy, and presentable standard. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, antibacterial cleaning of surfaces, and making beds, following designated schedules.
  • Respectfully look after our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained by students and guests.
  • Maintain the upkeep of our premium site and facilities.
  • Provide solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Act as a point of contact for any incidents or emergencies onsite.
  • Manage waste areas in accordance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards as needed.
  • Use a smartphone or tablet to record and manage each studio clean, including photographing before and after cleaning.
  • Report any concerning behaviour of students indicating welfare issues.
  • Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to management, assisting with stock orders.
  • Follow COSHH regulations to ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals.
