We combine style, luxury, and comfort with premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are expanding our housekeeping team by hiring an experienced Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home-from-home cleaning service for our residents’ studio apartments, ensuring our site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Our Housekeepers
- Provide an exceptional, personalized room cleaning service to students, maintaining studios to a clean, healthy, and presentable standard. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, antibacterial cleaning of surfaces, and making beds, following designated schedules.
- Respectfully look after our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained by students and guests.
- Maintain the upkeep of our premium site and facilities.
- Provide solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
- Act as a point of contact for any incidents or emergencies onsite.
- Manage waste areas in accordance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards as needed.
- Use a smartphone or tablet to record and manage each studio clean, including photographing before and after cleaning.
- Report any concerning behaviour of students indicating welfare issues.
- Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to management, assisting with stock orders.
- Follow COSHH regulations to ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals.
