Housekeeper - ECMS

Overview

This is a permanent, part time position of 24.6 hours. The shift pattern for this position is Monday – Friday. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the nursing team based in Royal Alexandra Hospital, Ward 18. This is a Gastroenterology/Medical ward.

Responsibilities

• In the role of Housekeeper you are pivotal in helping the smooth running of the ward, working closely with the SCN to ensure a clean and tidy environment and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Support ward operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Be flexible, reliable, and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a health care environment is desirable but not essential.
• The post holder will work Monday – Friday; hours of work to be discussed with the Senior Charge Nurse.
