Property Cleaner

Full time Property cleaners required for our client located in the Marston Green area.

You will be working within a small team traveling to sites within the West Midlands area to conduct a full sparkle clean to a high standard.

Candidates must have a full UK drivers licence and no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Conducting a full sparkle clean to a high standard
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
• Dust and polish dry all applicable areas
• Cleaning all communal areas
• Clean all touch points such as door handles / light switches etc

Requirements

• Must have a full UK drivers licence
• DBS preferred but not essential
• Previous end of tenancy cleaning experience is preferred
• Physically fit
• Good communication skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am till 5pm (1 hour break) 40 hours per week, overtime will be required on occasions.
