Role

Your role as receptionist/duty support is to be the first point of contact within the service, greeting all our visitors promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

Dealing with initial queries.
Coordinating appointments.
Sign-posting to support available within the service and the community.

Requirements / Qualifications

This is a volunteering role; you must be 18 years of age or older to be considered.
This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
