As the senior technical lead for our Glasgow office, you will deliver strategic and operational excellence in on-site support. As a core member of the OSM squad, you’ll oversee and support a range of technologies - enterprise collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Miro, AV/VoIP systems, secure access infrastructure, and device management across Windows and macOS environments. You will also lead key office-wide IT initiatives, own high-visibility projects, and ensure seamless technology experiences for our internal teams.
On-site support includes, but is not limited to:
- Acting as the senior IT point of contact for the Glasgow site.
- Leading resolution of complex IT issues and mentoring junior team members.
- Owning the technology setup and delivery for meeting room and large events (Townhall).
- Managing device provisioning and mobile fleet standards.
- Hosting and continually improving the onboarding IT experience for new joiners.
