Client Details Our client is a long-established, dual-service Solicitor and Estate Agent, proudly serving clients across Central Scotland for over 30 years. We combine legal and property expertise under one roof – and growing. Description List properties and manage sales from instruction to completion Build strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout Negotiate offers, dates of entry, and complete associated documentation Conduct accompanied viewings (valid driving licence required) Promote our wider range of property and legal services Profile Estate agency experience Excellent communication and sales skills Customer-first mindset with a passion for property Strong organisational and problem-solving skills A team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing role Job Offer Schedule: Monday-Friday, with one late evening and some weekend availability Bonus scheme + Company pension
