Product Manager – Cleared Derivatives

Duration: Initial 1 year contract

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Contractor inside IR35

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

We’re seeking a Product Manager to join an agile team focused on delivering high-impact solutions in the Cleared Derivatives space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as initiative manager within an agile pod, driving product clarity across stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to test and validate product readiness
• Support OKRs and deliver product metrics aligned with business goals
• Ensure product quality and compliance, including technical and non-functional requirements
• Contribute to the development of the Clearing client offering within the IB Financing Clearing Crew

Must-Have Skills:

• Agile delivery frameworks and project execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) and cleared OTC products
• Risk management and time management expertise
• Ability to develop project documentation and outcome-focused goals

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Experience working in cross-functional agile environments
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
