Based at Cheshire Oaks Leisure Scheme and Coliseum Leisure Park, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 9JJ.

Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape & facilities management and is delivered across the UK.

Our business is continually growing, and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner to join us from the 8th March 2025 to work at our sites at Cheshire Oaks Leisure Scheme and Coliseum Leisure Park.

THE ROLE

Duties will include:

• Internal and externalsite cleaning
• Emptying litterbins and litter picking
• Daily Health and Safety checks, reporting repairs and any issues
• Using tools and machinery when necessary, with all tools and equipment provided
• Being vigilant of your surroundings and proactively reporting anything of concern
• Lone working & responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and tidy

This is a good opportunity to join OUTCO and in return for the right candidate we offer:

• Above living wage salary
• 16 hours per week
• 2 days per week, Saturday and Sunday
• Saturday – 2 hours at Cheshire Oaks Leisure Scheme and7 hours at Coliseum Leisure Park
• Sunday – 7 hours at Coliseum Leisure Park
