Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Brand Manager to join one of the world’s leading FMCG brand owners. This role will be responsible for driving all marketing activities for seasonal campaigns across the business for a premium brand.

You will analyze consumer insights through data to identify trends and market opportunities, creating brand strategies and briefs to guide consumer-facing communication across all markets.

If you have solid strategic brand marketing experience within premium and luxury brands, and understand brand elevation and luxury branding, then this could be the role for you.

This role offers significant internal visibility and high progression potential. We are looking for:

  • A problem-solver with creativity and initiative
  • A strong background in global brand management, innovation, and brand marketing
  • Experience in managing full 360 campaigns in omnichannel environments
  • A proven track record of launching successful brand and product campaigns, preferably with international experience
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly strategic in brand planning, CMI, Communications, and FMCG

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a global brand strategy for seasonal campaigns to boost brand equity and market share
  • Conducting international market research to monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with product teams to align seasonal marketing strategies
  • Creating, driving, and executing seasonal marketing campaigns globally, ensuring regional consistency
  • Monitoring campaign financials to stay within budget
  • Working with global stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment
  • Providing creative direction and leadership to maximize global brand impact
  • Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed

Skills required:

  • Experience in brand marketing within premium or luxury fashion or beauty brands
  • Experience managing a sophisticated portfolio
  • Brand equity development expertise
  • Passion for consumer-centric planning
  • Strong agency management skills
  • Ability to develop profitable commercial plans and drive growth
  • Capability to develop long-term growth strategies
  • Ability to deliver on brand strategy
  • Leadership skills with influence at all levels

The role is hybrid, allowing you to work three days a week in the London office.
