Pearse Partners are partnering with a leading Asset Manager to find a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support the expansion of its Investor Relations function in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to the management of European real estate activities while working closely with teams across London and New York. The role involves coordinating deliverables, supporting investor relations tasks, and participating in diverse ad hoc projects.
Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations as well as the European Head of Investor Relations , key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and coordinating investor communications and materials such as quarterly fund reports, call presentations, case studies, and annual meeting presentations.
- Supporting fundraising initiatives by assisting in the creation of marketing materials (e.g., pitchbooks, PPMs, fund launch materials) and responding to investor inquiries.
- Assisting in the preparation of updates, investment summaries, and other tailored communications for existing and prospective investors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to ad hoc requests and reports.
- Contributing to the smooth execution of regional Investor Relations activities, with a focus on European-specific products and investments.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, private equity, real estate, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals or financial markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with experience preparing professional presentations and reports.
