Pay and shift patterns

·Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

·£12.89 per hour

Responsibilities:

·To manage and maintain all cleaning tasks, ensuring they are carried out to the required timescale and to a high standard, including sink, floors, all surfaces, walls, fridge, NPD store room, shelving units.

·Ensure all utensils and presentation equipment are thoroughly clean and fully stocked at all times

·All cleaning schedules are followed correctly, liaising with the other KP’s

·The Hygiene of your area is maintained to the standards required.

·Ensure all laundry is clean, folded and available for each shift.

·Preparing the presentation bench for internal and customer use when required by the chefs, including cutlery, refreshments and polishing.

·Ensuring presentation bench is cleared, maintained, replenished with cutlery, plates etc. throughout a presentation.

• Assemble, seal and pack products.
• Collection of ingredients from the factory

·All chemicals to be used and stored away from food prep areas correctly.

·Support NPD chefs and the wider team when required.

·Good Attendance
