Role Overview:
Our client are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join their London team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality candidates for our clients. This will mainly be on retained work, and focusing on clients in both the UK and US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Use a range of sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and job boards to identify top talent.
