An established and forward-thinking manufacturer is looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to join their growing engineering team. With a brand-new facility opening in Market Deeping in 2025, this is a fantastic long-term opportunity to join a business thats investing in its future and yours.
You\’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by tackling breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance, and supporting process improvements.

What Youll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Supporting production teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability
• Ensuring safe working practices and accurate maintenance records

What Were Looking For

• Multi-skilled engineer (electrical bias preferred)
• Confident working with 3-phase systems, motors, sensors, and control panels
• Mechanical understanding of gearboxes, rollers, pneumatics, and basic hydraulics
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or time-served)
• Proactive, organised, and safety-conscious
