A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in London.
The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Advising on misconduct, grievances, and sickness absence
- TUPE advice and drafting
- Employment Tribunal litigation (including advocacy where required)
- Settlement Agreements for employers and employees
- Industrial relations and strike action
- Restructures and due diligence on projects with a people aspect
The role also offers opportunities to deliver client training, support partners on complex matters, and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3β6 yearsβ PQE in Employment Law
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
- Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience under pressure
Desirable
Knowledge of pensions law, social housing, data protection, and experience conducting investigations.
