Recruiting lawyers for leading law firms in the City & West End

A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in London.

The Role

You will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Advising on misconduct, grievances, and sickness absence
  • TUPE advice and drafting
  • Employment Tribunal litigation (including advocacy where required)
  • Settlement Agreements for employers and employees
  • Industrial relations and strike action
  • Restructures and due diligence on projects with a people aspect

The role also offers opportunities to deliver client training, support partners on complex matters, and contribute to business development initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law
  • Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience under pressure

Desirable

Knowledge of pensions law, social housing, data protection, and experience conducting investigations.
