Location: Hybrid UK – travel to the client site on an ad-hoc basis (1 day a month)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer to work with one of our public sector clients at Deloitte. You will be part of a team, supporting with the implementation of change and ongoing work for the client. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing and supporting technical solutions within Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HCM processes, VBScript development and HCM integration with other systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HCM solutions, contributing to the overall success of our HR operations. You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Must be eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance
  • Proven experience in developing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions using VBScript.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Clouds module such as Global HR, Workforce Structure, Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, etc. The more modules the better.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and data structures.
  • Experience integrating Oracle HCM with other systems using various integration methods.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the HCM environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Deliverables:

  • Design, develop and test Oracle HCM solutions
  • Support to existing Oracle HCM solutions
  • Review of wider technical architecture that integrates with HCM solutions
