Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the completion of Road Freight Import and Export Operations process from start to finish.
  • Quoting and Pricing shipments, maximising profit on jobs.
  • Liaising with shippers, hauliers, and carriers.
  • Managing key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
  • Arranging timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
  • Ensuring customs documentation are complete as required.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
