Hybrid set up: 3 days in office one from home (Central London)

We are seeking a talented Events Assistant and Events Executive to join a fantastic brand and team in central London! You will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, from conferences, seminars, and workshops to client receptions and team-building activities.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, setting clear objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives.
- Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and AV providers.
- Create captivating event materials, such as invitations, presentations, and signage.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising ROI.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, and technical support.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Who You Are:
- EITHER: an Events Executive with 2-5 years’ experience in an Events position/ Project Management role from Professional Services or similar environments.
- OR: An Events Assistant with 6+ months experience within a corporate environment with some exposure to events.
- Proven ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, eMarketing software, and ideally event registration tools.
- A master of time management with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Results-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours to ensure successful event execution.
