Camino Search are partnering with a Private Equity backed business based in the UK who are about to embark on a buy & build strategy.

The role will be heavily focused around relationship building, business development and origination whilst supporting the Exec team with the execution of transactions. Target acquisitions are ranging between £1-5m of ebit.

This role will be well suited to an origination and business development focused M&A professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for acquisition opportunities, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals within the UK insurance market.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, board, and internal teams to evaluate and progress deals.
  • Establishing and managing a robust list of acquisition targets.
  • Representing the company credibly and fostering industry trust.
  • Driving deals in the £0.5m – £5m EBITDA range.
