*ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER, NORTH LONDON*
Our client has been building homes for over 60 years, from detached family homes to luxury city apartments. They are currently in the market for an ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER to be both site-based and office-based in NORTH LONDON , working on projects across the South East.
As an Assistant Technical Manager you will be reporting to the Senior Technical Manager and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Contract Management
- Meeting Minutes
- Liaison with consultants and local authorities
- Technical review of consultant drawings
- Regular site visits
This role would best suit Architectural Part III graduates who are seeking to pursue a career within residential development. Our client is open to providing support for Architectural Part II students who are working towards their Part III qualification and have worked in the residential sector as Architectural Assistants.
Successful candidates will be seeking exposure to complex projects in a role where they will be mentored by a highly knowledgeable and experienced Senior Technical Manager.
