Gigamon is seeking a Director, EMEA Channel Sales to drive overall channel revenue for all products, support, and services. S/he will develop and leverage a network of channel partners to ensure coverage across all focus markets and segments.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Gigamon Regional Sales leadership, Sales & SE, and marketing teams to ensure awareness and linkage to Gigamon’s channel strategy and philosophy.
- Provide input to the corporate education team regarding channel partner enablement and certification programs.
- Build and own relationships with executive VP and C-level stakeholders across the EMEA partner network.
- Enhance the strategic value of the Gigamon brand in the market through channel marketing activities and campaigns.
- Identify white space opportunities and build pipeline across the region.
- Manage EMEA's channel team & national reseller account team.
- Leverage internal and external teams to grow revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with EMEA channel marketing to design and execute channel programs and campaigns.
- Oversee EMEA-wide partner business planning, setting objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with top partners.
- Provide the VP WW Channel with critical business visibility and weekly updates.
- Understand regional business dynamics and set localized strategies.
- Manage SFDC for partners and deal registrations.
- Build relationships with technology vendors and alliance partners to identify mutual opportunities.
- Work collaboratively between partners and sales teams to drive opportunity generation.
- Stay informed about competitive products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Prepare presentations, territory plans, and reports.
Who You Are
- Experience managing channel programs and relationships in high-tech products.
- Knowledge of networking, data center, and security technologies is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to represent Gigamon EMEA as the front person for channel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; high energy, motivated, and a self-starter.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
