About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading Alternative Investment company that are seeking a Compliance Officer to join their expanding compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory advice across their business lines
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance monitoring program.
- Ensure all compliance procedures and documentation are regularly updated and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support the creation and implementation of new reviews and controls to address evolving business needs.
Required Experience:
- 3 – 5 years + compliance experience, ideally within an asset management firm or a similar financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UCITS investment guidelines, as well as familiarity with AIFMD and MiFID II regulations.
