About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading Alternative Investment company that are seeking a Compliance Officer to join their expanding compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice across their business lines
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance monitoring program.
  • Ensure all compliance procedures and documentation are regularly updated and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the creation and implementation of new reviews and controls to address evolving business needs.

Required Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years + compliance experience, ideally within an asset management firm or a similar financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UCITS investment guidelines, as well as familiarity with AIFMD and MiFID II regulations.
