As a Projects & Branch Support Coordinator based in our Glasgow branch (ML4 3NP), you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating multiple customer projects including customer order call offs, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
- Building strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance customer service.
- Supporting warehouse operations when required, assisting with goods in/out, assisting with order picking and loading of deliveries. Comfortable using a Fork Lift Truck when needed (training provided).
This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week within our Glasgow branch.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role
- Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment, and support when required in the warehouse with tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders
