This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, high-growth business that collaborates with some of the biggest names in the industry. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, to help navigate strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance across different functions and identify areas for improvement.
- Business partnering with various teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Optimize existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial modelling
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
