We’re working with a well-established organisation in the Coventry area that’s investing in its People Services function as part of a broader transformation journey. They’re looking for a Business Improvement Manager to help modernise their HR Shared Services function by improving internal processes, driving smarter service delivery, and supporting the rollout of digital tools/automation. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading change projects informed by data, feedback, and stakeholder collaboration
- Redesigning HR Shared Service processes and supporting the rollout of new ways of working
- Maintaining and evolving self-service tools and intranet content
- Creating clear training resources and process documentation
- Contributing to the automation of key People processes (e.g. pay review cycles, bonus workflows) and the introduction of digital tools (e.g. chatbots) to help reduce admin and improve response times
- Maintaining knowledge banks and standard operating procedures
- Leading data cleansing activity and improving internal document systems
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in HR operations, service improvement, or business change
- Strong understanding of agile principles and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable using reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a bonus)
- Clear communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Well organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
