About the Company

Our client, a fast-growing PE-backed consumer business, are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business, and support them as they grow. The role is based in Liverpool, will report to the Financial Controller, and offers flexible working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and Forecasting : Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating data and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting and Insights : Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, offering clear narratives on trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Planning Tools and Processes : Enhance and maintain planning tools and improve management reporting processes for greater efficiency.
  • Strategic Projects and Change Initiatives : Contribute to finance-led projects and process optimization efforts.

About the Candidate

  • Qualifications : Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise in financial planning and reporting systems.
