About the Company
Our client, a fast-growing PE-backed consumer business, are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business, and support them as they grow. The role is based in Liverpool, will report to the Financial Controller, and offers flexible working.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating data and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
- Performance Reporting and Insights : Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, offering clear narratives on trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Planning Tools and Processes : Enhance and maintain planning tools and improve management reporting processes for greater efficiency.
- Strategic Projects and Change Initiatives : Contribute to finance-led projects and process optimization efforts.
About the Candidate
- Qualifications : Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise in financial planning and reporting systems.
- Relevant Experience : Proven track record in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting within complex, large-scale organizations.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and interpret data, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Leadership : Experience managing and developing teams, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
