Location: Various Locations Across Gloucestershire
Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour
Hours: Ad-hoc opportunities, Full and Part-time

We are currently seeking reliable, well-presented, and organised individuals to fill temporary Data Entry and Receptionist roles across various locations in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and handling front-desk reception duties
  • Answering and directing calls professionally
  • Data entry and document management
  • Booking appointments and managing calendars
  • Filing, scanning, and general admin support

About You:

  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to new environments
  • Previous office/reception experience desirable
