Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Basic hours 8:30 am β 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) / 7:00 am β 6:00 pm (seasonal variations apply)
The Role
As a Workshop Operative, you will be responsible for assisting with or completing the construction, production, and assembly of cases and related products using a variety of hand and power tools. You will work closely with the Workshop Manager and other team members to ensure high-quality production and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with or complete the construction and assembly of cases using hand and power tools.
- Fabricate and assemble sub-assemblies to support the timely completion of complex products.
- Liaise with the Workshop Manager to implement work schedules and meet deadlines.
- Maintain high-quality production standards and report any issues promptly.
- Continuously develop skills to maximise efficiency in workshop operations.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to improve product quality and efficiency.
