We are looking for a Support Worker to join our growing Independent Living Services Team supporting young people 16-18 under Local Authority Care across Hereford. You'll play a vital role in helping young people develop independent living skills, whilst being part of a charity that is committed to creating positive change in their lives.
Our services span several areas across Hereford. Due to the locations, successful applicants will need a full UK drivers licence and access to their own vehicle. We are looking for someone to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota basis, including alternate weekends. Part-time and bank hours are also available.

Application Information:
- Position: Support Worker (Job ID 981)
- Hours: Full-time is 37.5 hours a week. Shifts are on a rota basis including some weekends and Sleep shifts. Some part time hours available.
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Various locations across Hereford.
- Pay: £24,570 per year. Part-time will be pro rata. Bank is £12.60 per hour.
