Key Responsibilities- Organize deliveries efficiently and maintain relevant records.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by being courteous and helpful, reporting any issues with goods or services.
- Generate additional sales during deliveries using marketing and promotional materials.
- Provide market intelligence regarding competitors and business opportunities to management.
- Drive the delivery vehicle safely, adhering to traffic laws and company policies, and report any license issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean, perform daily checks, and report damages.
- Follow procedures for accidents and insurance claims, reporting incidents promptly.
- Securely collect and accurately record payments for cash on delivery invoices.
- Prioritize health and safety for yourself and others.
