Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible, including personal care such as washing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
  • Providing understanding and patience, encouraging participation in leisure activities, and supporting outside appointments and outings.
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment by making beds, tidying rooms, and light cleaning duties.
  • Assisting with meal and drink service, ensuring presentation and support are appropriate.
  • Complying with statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety, COSHH, and Infection Prevention and Control policies.
