Based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, Renfrewshire Council Environment, Housing, & Infrastructure is seeking to appoint the post of Lead Facilities Assistant. You will be part of a team delivering a professional facilities management service in Renfrewshire House. The post reports to the Operational Support Officer.
We are looking for an experienced individual who will have key responsibilities for carrying out a range of Facilities duties within Renfrewshire House. It is essential that you have previous experience in Janitorial/FM function, working in a customer focused role; liaising with the general public and other working partners; adapting to changing circumstances/priorities and working as part of a team. It is also essential that you have effective interpersonal and communications skills.
In addition, you will be required to work evenings, weekends and respond to out of hours calls on a rotational basis to meet the needs of the service. If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
