Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Senior Geotechnical Engineer required for a leading provider of high-quality geotechnical and geo-environmental services. In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of innovative solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the growth and development of our talented team.
Lead complex geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from start to finish Mentor and support the professional growth of junior engineers Contribute to the strategic direction of the business through innovation and quality delivery
Preferred Requirements:

• Lead geotechnical and geo-environmental site investigations, from initial scope through to reporting and completion
• Manage the design and delivery of site-based testing programmes, ensuring efficient and compliant execution
• Produce, review and approve technical reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with industry and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers, technicians and drillers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences or related discipline
• Proven experience managing geotechnical and geo-environmental projects across a range of sectors
• Strong technical reporting skills and experience with UK regulatory frameworks and site investigation standards
