Are you a passionate chef with a talent for crafting authentic pizzas from scratch? We’re looking for an experienced Agency Pizza Chef to join our team, working on a regular basis every Friday and Saturday at a beautiful country hotel in Stroud.
The Role:
You’ll take the lead on all things pizza - from making the dough to designing and cooking your own menu. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity in a relaxed, high-quality kitchen environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing fresh pizza dough and sauces from scratch
- Designing and executing a rotating pizza menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Cooking pizzas to order using a traditional oven setup
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Working independently and managing a smooth service for guests
What We’re Looking For:
