Hours: 48 hours per week, 6 out of 7 days, 06.30-15.00

Location: Ross Depot, Military Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3SP

*Temporary contract from 01.06.25 to 30.09.25*

What you\’ll be doing;

  • To maintain and clean public areas including cleansing of streets, beaches and the promenade using the equipment provided.
  • The removal of all litter including debris, occasionally animal and human waste and bagged waste from the beaches.
  • Provide and maintain a clean, tidy, litter free environment within the local area.
  • Liaising with the street cleansing crews to collect any bagged waste from you, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation during our busy summer period.

What we\’re looking for;

  • Experience in a similar environment would be preferred, although full training will be given.
  • Experience of working both independently and also as part of a team.
  • An open minded and flexible approach to working during the busy summer period.
  • Liaising with the street cleansing crews to collect any bagged waste from you, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation during our busy summer period.
