We\’re working with a well-established business in Northampton that\’s looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly, fast-paced team. You\’ll be the go-to for customer queries, order processing, and keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Handling customer orders from all over the UK – making sure they\’re accurate, timely, and well communicated.
  • Answering calls and emails about deliveries, pricing, invoices, product availability, and all the usual bits.
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes, posting documents, and keeping tabs on prescriptions (yes, really – it\’s a niche but interesting part of the job).

What they\’re looking for:

  • Someone with solid admin skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A confident communicator who\’s comfortable on the phone and in writing.
  • Someone who thrives in a busy environment and doesn\’t flap when things get hectic.
  • IT savvy – Excel, Word, and ideally Salesforce (but they\’ll train you if not).
  • Previous customer service experience is ideal, but if you\’ve got the right attitude and a bit of admin know-how, they\’re open-minded.
