Job Title : Junior Offshore Wind Geophysical Engineer Location : Remote About the Role : We are looking for a Junior Offshore Wind Geophysical Engineer to assist with the development of offshore wind projects. This entry-level position will support senior engineers in conducting geophysical surveys, analysing data, and contributing to the overall success of offshore wind farm design and construction. Key Responsibilities : Survey Assistance : Support the planning and execution of marine geophysical surveys using seismic, sonar, and other relevant technologies under supervision. Data Processing : Help analyse geophysical data to assist in creating subsurface models and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Project Support : Collaborate with senior engineers in providing geotechnical insights during the project planning and construction phases. Reporting : Assist in preparing technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Compliance : Ensure all operations align with industry standards and environmental regulations. Collaboration : Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics, Marine Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
