This post is fixed term / secondment until 25/05/2026 due to Maternity Cover. An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical, and effective care. The post holder will support the trained nurse and other healthcare professionals in delivering the highest standard of patient-focused care.

Main duties of the job:

  • Improve the quality of the fundamental aspects of health and social care for people who are acutely or chronically ill, frail, or disabled.

Desirable: The ability to speak Welsh; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
