Salary: £12.89 per hour

Hours: 22.5 per week. Mon-Fri 1.30pm-6.00pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible person to join the team at New Park as Medical Receptionist.

Overview

The duties are varied and challenging with patient care our highest priority. We are looking for someone with excellent telephone manner and communication skills, the ability to multitask and who would thrive in a fast-paced environment at this friendly, busy, hardworking Practice. Resilience, empathy, discretion and tact, along with an understanding for a high level of confidentiality, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception duties in a busy medical practice, handling patient contact via telephone and in person.
• Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism; show resilience, empathy, discretion and tact.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable and flexible team member with good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
