It is essential that all applicants hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2). This can be obtained on-line and is available from many on-line training providers.
To organise, administer and directly participate in the provision of a quality catering and function service in accordance with relevant legislative requirements including health and safety, food hygiene, and hazard analysis within the food industry.

- Elementary food hygiene certificate.
- City and Guilds 7061/7062 or equivalent and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
