Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach – Motor Vehicles to join our Slough & Langley College team starting in September 2025 on a permanent, full-time basis.

The primary responsibility for the Technical Skills Coach – Motor Vehicle will be to manage and support a caseload of apprentices in the Motor Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship Program. The coach will enhance the apprentices and employers experience through effective skills coaching and mentoring driving students to successful completion of the end-point assessment.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a relevant degree or vocational qualification in a related field of study. Having an Assessors A1 Award or equivalent is desirable, but this can be worked towards whilst in the role. You will also be expected to possess experience of working with learners/apprentices, either within the classroom or in an apprenticeship-based office.

This role is primarily based at our Slough & Langley College Campus; however, you may be required to travel to local businesses to visit employers and apprentices in the course of your duties.
