A Top Tier International Law firm is currently looking to expand their Insurance department with an additional lawyer that is NQ+ in their Bristol office. The role involves handling Personal Injury claims, with the opportunity to be involved in regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations/prosecutions and inquest. The work is varied, making it interesting and challenging – you will have the opportunity to run your own files.
To progress to interview stage you must be able to demonstrate:
- Qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor
- Previous experience within Personal Injury (Defendant or Claimant)
- Knowledge of Legal Procedures
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Commercial Awareness
- An Interest in gaining experience within Product Law and Health and Safety
The role includes managing Personal Injury files (Fast Track, Multi Track and Intermediate). This is a defendant Personal Injury role.
Responsibilities include:
- Contribution to the development of the team and service
- Deliver high quality and timely output to clients
- Advise on all legal aspects (including coverage)
