Role: Support Worker
Salary: £12.36 - £12.66 per hour
Service: Haydock House, Kettering
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
Your Service
Haydock House is an amazing residential service supporting people with Prader-Willi Syndrome, encouraging them to take an active role in their care and learning how to manage their condition and maintain a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. The team involve everyone who lives here in the running of their own home, whether meal planning, decorating, or planning their fun events calendar.
