- Role: Female Support Worker – drivers\’ License essential
Driver\’s allowance is £50 per month for full-time staff and £25 per month for part-time, plus mileage
- Pay Rate: £12.40 Per Hour
- Shifts: Days & Nights
- Hours: Full-time & Part-time available
Person Specifications
- Experience supporting individuals with Sexualised Trauma, Autism, and ADHD.
- Full Drivers\’ Licence essential.
- Experience with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care, and Challenging Behaviours.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- IT literate.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Compassionate, caring, and positive personality.
- Genuine passion for making a difference in people\’s lives.
- Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.
- Works well as part of a team as well as individually.
Duties Include
- Supporting people with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches to enable positive outcomes as per their support plan.
- Basic daily duties include medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- Providing emotional and practical support.
- Supporting individuals to access community facilities and participate in community groups.
- Building relationships to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Empowering individuals to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
