Warehouse Management – Fulfillment Center
$5,000 Retention Bonus (paid $2,500 at 90 days of service and $2,500 at 180 days of service)
Rate: $60,000 – 70,000/Based on Experience
2nd Shift – 1:30pm Start/Monday-Friday

What you\’ll be doing:
The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor will partner with the other Fulfillment Center leadership to accomplish three goals: to delight customers with outstanding service that exceeds their expectations, to drive cost out of the organization by creating a process and executing a plan which creates efficiency so the team can stay on task, and to honor our associates ensuring that their experience tomorrow is even better than today.
In this role, you will motivate and manage hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy and quality control standards. You will lead your team in ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly planning of your departments. You will make recommendations and improvements to department processes and procedures, participate in the hiring, training and coaching of associates, and use operational reports to evaluate department performance and ensure expectations are met. You will collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to operate within all guidelines and partner for success.

What you bring to the table:
- Ability to accurately calculate and plan and adjust headcount required to meet department\’s objectives.
- Ability to foster communication and teamwork among staff and collaborate with all team members at all levels to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Understanding of and ability to use Fulfilment/Distribution technology (e.g., WMS, hardware, software).
- Ability to quickly adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- An inclusive attitude that seeks common ground, listens to others, and advocates for the best solutions for customers and employees.
- Commitment to lead by example with a growth mindset as a leader, customer advocate, and contributor.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
- Ability to open and close the building; may be a key holder.
- Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a drug screen legally permissible.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds.
