We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join an existing dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of Mechanical Services to a variety of different secured projects across the South and Southwest of the UK. The Plumber will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems within schools, healthcare, plant rooms, etc., and the ability to work with various tools and materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in welding, soldering, and assembling pipe systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Plumber Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble piping systems according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Maintain and repair existing piping systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Use power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joining pipes.
  • Perform welding and soldering tasks as required for pipe connections.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site.

Plumber Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and maintain complex systems.
  • Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to pipefitting tasks.
  • Experience in welding and soldering techniques for effective pipe assembly.
  • Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues in piping systems.
