At CCEP, we’re looking for a Solution Architect – Supply Planning (IBP) to help us define and deliver our digital roadmap and transform how we plan and operate across our global supply chain planning function. You’ll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge planning solutions, including SAP IBP, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the architecture of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategic solution in SAP IBP, with focus on Supply Planning.
- Closely collaborate with Demand Planning and S&OP solution architect to define the end to end SAP IBP solution and roadmap.
- Lead project teams to deliver planning initiatives on time, within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess technologies and recommend the best-fit solutions.
- Promote standardization and simplification of our planning systems, reducing customizations.
- Stay ahead of SAP IBP updates and guide the business on how to adopt new features effectively.
- Translate business needs into scalable, cloud-based solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Support the setup and coordination of project teams, ensuring alignment with CCEP’s values and ways of working.
- Work in a diverse, global team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global, multicultural environment.
- Proven experience leading SAP IBP implementations, especially in Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- SAP IBP certification is a must; experience with SAP IBP RTI is a plus.
- Industry experience in consumer goods or beverages is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
- Availability to travel as per project requirement.
