PoM is a forward thinking and creative Jewellery/Accessories design studio based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting various departments within the company, including Customer Services, Warehouse and Sales, thereby enhancing overall productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including customer services support, warehouse administration and clerical tasks.
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Allocate stock to customer orders and allocate orders to warehouse colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Implement efficient office procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Support the team with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility in task management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Excel and Google Suite WMS CRM ERP.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management.
