Computer Science Teacher – Stockport – January start We are specifically working with a secondary school near Stockport, who are working with ourselves, to recruit for a qualified teacher of Computer Science from after the Christmas break in January for 2 terms until they break for summer, teaching key stage 3 & 4 classes on a full-time basis. You will be required to become fully immersed in the department, attend departmental meetings and be available for parents evenings as and when required. As well as deliver lessons that are both engaging and academically appropriate to stretch the students in the classes. There is a fairly new headteacher in the school that has taken control and increased expectations in relation to behaviour and curriculum. Due to the new leadership internal inspections have suggested the school is Good against the new Ofsted framework. Many pupils follow instructions and focus well on their learning.
