Your day to day:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organised.
- Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
About you:
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
